“I ordered a left hand drain, but received a right hand drain. This seems to be an error on the part of the manufacture. The sales contact initiated a replacement immediately, the incorrect item was donated to a charity. The new order was delivered quickly but the packaging was not pristine. The pallet was damaged and the straps were loose and there was a minor chip in the bottom of the unit. The box was ripped and patched with packing tape. This seems to be an error on the part of the shipper. I was pleased with BNG.”
